My name is Krone Weidler.  I am a Senior Housing Specialist with Marcus and Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. I am licensed to practice commercial real estate in Florida and North Carolina.

Since 2004, I have been responsible for the disposition of over 1000 ALF beds with an aggregate value of over $50,000,000. I have worked with and represented buyers with an aggregate asset value of over $1 Billion.

In the early 1990’s I bought my first ALF. Since that time I have developed, owned and operated several communities. I have been involved in all phases of advising, consulting, acquiring and divesting Senior Housing Properties. This includes financial analysis, property valuation, and market evaluation and disposition strategy.
