Ms. Tamplin holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of South Florida.  At the Weidler Group, Elenna is responsible for overseeing a comprehensive program that supports strategic initiatives, including listing/service introduction, communications, escrow and contract management and administrative support. Elenna is also responsible for managing all operations for the team.

Currently, Elenna has her Florida Real Estate License and is a Florida Notary Public.
